Positioning and movement
Thanks to the travel gear strategically located at the centre of gravity, the portable loading dock ramp can be moved quickly and stably. Only a forklift is required to move it around the logistics site, minimizing downtime in daily operations.

Hydraulic levelling
It uses hydraulic cylinders to reach the exact truck height, within a range of 900 mm to 1,400 mm. This versatility allows operation with all types of vehicles, from delivery vans to large trailers and high cube containers.

Safety anchoring
Once the mobile yard ramp is in position, secure it to the vehicle chassis using the safety chains. This step is essential to ensure that the ramp remains firmly connected to the truck during forklift traffic.

The forklift accesses the system via a gentle slope. The use of welded wire mesh grating on the surface ensures flexible and safe outdoor logistics, as it allows water drainage and prevents accidental slipping of the equipment.

Can a mobile yard ramp replace a loading dock without civil works?
Yes, in many cases it is a highly effective alternative when civil works are not desired, as it allows trucks to be loaded and unloaded from ground level using a forklift and creates a loading point without building a fixed dock.
What load capacity do I need for my forklift and goods?
The capacity must be calculated according to the total weight that will travel over the ramp, meaning the forklift plus the goods, and it is advisable to select a model with sufficient margin to ensure safe operation in real working conditions.
Is a mobile ramp the right length for my operation?
It can be a good solution, but it depends on the height to be covered and the final gradient required. In the market, mobile ramps typically range from approximately 11 to 15 meters, so our portable ramp falls within the standard range for this type of application.
What slope will it have, and will it be safe for the forklift?
