Manual operating system

Unlike hydraulic models, it uses a helical spring and pull chain. An operator raises the platform with minimal effort, as the tension springs counterbalance the weight of the S275 steel structure.

Step-by-step operation

When the chain is pulled, the platform rises automatically. The lip is deployed by means of pneumatic cylinders. When the operator walks onto it, it lowers by gravity onto the truck bed in a smooth and controlled manner.

Return and safety at rest

Once the operation is completed, the lip retracts and the leveler returns to its level position. The locking system prevents accidental lifting, allowing cross traffic over the concrete slab.
