Speed and structure: Thanks to its fast inflation motor (approx. 30 seconds), this shelter provides a much faster cushion retraction speed, streamlining every truck turnaround.

High-engineering materials: Its front structure, made of 40 x 40 mm galvanized tube, supports a set of high-resistance PVC perimeter and inner curtains. The side curtains combine polyester fibre with a PVC top coating, providing longitudinal flexibility without losing transverse rigidity.

Guidance and safety: To facilitate manoeuvring, it incorporates reflective strips that guide the driver when approaching the loading bay. The assembly is completed with a robust rear structure and 380 mm protective flaps that ensure equipment integrity.

The truck is positioned in front of the loading bay and placed inside the shelter. Once correctly aligned, the operator can activate the system to prepare the seal and begin loading or unloading safely.

The operator activates the motor and the inflatable dock shelter deploys automatically. The side and top cushions inflate until they adapt to the vehicle perimeter and close the gap between the truck and the building.

Deactivation and retraction of the shelter
