How to add loading docks to ground-level warehouses?

Yard Ramp
This is a mobile yard ramp that allows loading trucks from ground-level warehouses, with a maximum slope of 12% (maximum authorized slope). Because it’s not fixed, it can be transported to different loading points and removed from the loading area to maximize space.
The structure includes safety railings with brightly coloured stickers for increased safety during transport.
Drive options are available in 2 types:
- Manual: Operated by a hand pump.
- Electro-hydraulic: Controlled by an electrical panel connected to a 220/380V power supply.
Scissor Lift Table
The scissor lift table is another option to solve this situation. Height differences are eliminated with this platform, which is recessed into the ground at warehouse floor level.
To unload a truck, the table rises to the height of the vehicle’s bed, allowing goods to be placed on it without any level difference. Once this operation is complete, the table returns to its initial position, flush with the warehouse floor.
The loading process is the same, but in reverse. Goods on the platform are raised to the height of the truck bed.
